This was my first introduction to solid works, but previously I had learned 3d modeling on catia.
We learned the different ways to make solids with the extrude tools and combining these with the cut tools and refining features like fillets and chamfers, we learned to make more complex parts
Once we had practice making parts we learned how to attach parts together in assemblies using the different mate features
The last part of the class was about learning the drafting tools in Solid works to fully bring a part from concept to the drawing that would be used for production
